A key figure in Casablanca’s gastronomic scene, Chef Ramzi El Bouab embodies a cuisine of excellence, where French tradition meets contemporary sensitivity.

Trained at the École Hôtelière de Paris and Ferrandi Paris, often regarded as the “Harvard” of gastronomy, he honed his craft alongside renowned chefs including Joël Robuchon in Paris and London, as well as Michel Guérard in the South-West of France.

His journey through Michelin-starred institutions shaped a cuisine that is precise, elegant, and deeply respectful of ingredients. Today, at L’Avenue, Chef Ramzi El Bouab delivers a refined and contemporary culinary experience, defined by technique, creativity, and attention to detail.
